Transparency &~ accountability......?In thìs modern age of info & technology where every one is busy in tapping their fingers on their respective smart phones , sme are socially smart , some r busy in online shopping, every one is having e banking nowadays they could locate accomodate fooding education ar pursuing in phone only. Now adays people are talking about transprcy and accntblity,thanks to rise to fifth estate wat i refer to ie civil societies,anna group ,IAC kejriwal,B swamy ,and most importantly our youths and,it was the rti act that passed in 2005 in india , some intellectuals gave it a warm welcome as it was newer and a imp tool of so called transprcy, after 7yrs of its implementatn we haven't seen such a newer world although iam glad now people are using this for asking information, but yet more responsibility should be bring in to role are yet to b covered under this. Every rti need to be answered At present there are only the rti concept is been partially accomodated in our depts.....i believe more youth should come forward to use the rights of...info, much r needed to b transparent and fair...in our newer world hope for the best...Adieu
